TEAM PORTRAIT INFORMATION

Your team and individual portraits are completed in five easy steps! 

Pick a Date

To begin, we will first need to set a date that will allow for all team members to attend. We will also need to set a location for the event.

ONE

Forms

We will produce order forms that can be distributed to individuals with all the information needed to place portrait orders.

TWO

Picture Day

This is the most exciting part of the process! We will set up our equipment in the specified location and begin shooting teams and individuals. Teams are expected to report 10 minutes before their shoot time in full gear.

THREE

Production

Immediately after the shoot, we will process all payments and information and begin production. Typically photos will be ready in 2 weeks.

FOUR

Delivery

After passing our quality check we sort each team into the order they were photographed and deliver them all to the picture coordinator. Each packet is marked with individual's name and team or group, ready to be given to the coaches for handout.
